After quoting Mean Girls to a fellow blogger the other day I’ve been wanting to watch it. This quote has been prominent in my life over the last couple of years but more-so in the past 3 months, and I’m worn out. I went to Plymouth over the weekend and continually faced my social anxiety. I pushed myself last night and today to go out as well, involving a dress fitting that was horribly embarrassing.
So tonight I’m going to curl up in bed with some flavoured tea and watch Mean Girls. Since there are so many memes quoting Mean Girls with other film characters I thought I’d share my favourite with you.
What do you do when you need to have a break from it all?

ha i haven’t seen mean girls….so maybe under a rock? i like to curl up in bed and watch “Little House on the Prairie” it is my comfort show.

I loved Mean Girls, I can’t believe they actually had the line about the wig made out of chest hair! I have to say, and this is my fault for being so obsessed with this type of thing, but the main thing I noticed was how much heavier the actresses are than what would be considered acceptable these days. Make no mistake, I think Lindsay Lohan looks gorgeous at that weight, much prettier than she does today, but it repeatedly struck me how much things have changed since it came out.
It’s funny you should say that, as i remember watching it and thinking “Lyndsay Lohan looks a bit chubby” even though she doesn’t at all! But this time i watched it i just thought she looked normal, as did the rest of them. The cast of the new 90210 (i dont watch it, but i saw the first couple of episodes) look ridiculously skinny in comparison.
